A score of 300 runs-in t20 has now become quite common in ODIs and as earlier this score was considered a winning measure, nowadays no score is safe. Till March 2006, no team had scored 400 once, but since then, it has scored 400 more than 20 times. Australia scored 400 for the first time and in the same match, South Africa also scored a historic victory by scoring 400.
In ODIs, the score of 300 was the first time England scored against India in the 1975 World Cup.
The Indian team crossed the 300 marks for the 100th time in the ODI series against Sri Lanka in December 2017 and became the first team to do so. The record for the highest score is recorded for England (481/6 vs Australia, Nottingham 2018).

India
The Indian team has so far scored 300 or more records 112 times. On these occasions, India has also crossed the 400 scores 5 times. The Indian team first crossed the 300 marks against Pakistan in Sharjah on 15 April 1996. India scored 305/5 in that match and defeated Pakistan by 28 runs. India scored 400 for the first time in the 2007 World Cup against Bermuda on March 19 in Port of Spain. India scored 413/5 in that match and won by 257 runs.
The record for the highest score in an innings is 418/5, which was made against the West Indies on 8 December 2011.
Australia
Australia first scored 300 against Sri Lanka on 11 June 1975. In that match, Australia had scored 328/5 and defeated Sri Lanka by 52 runs.
The record for the highest score in an innings is 434/4, which he made against Australia on 12 March 2006 in Johannesburg. Australia has scored over 400 twice so far.
South Africa
South Africa first scored 300 against New Zealand on 11 December 1994. In that match, South Africa scored 314/7 and defeated New Zealand by 81 runs.
The record for the highest score in an innings is 439/2, which he made against the West Indies on 18 January 2015. South Africa has so far crossed the 400-mark a record 6 times.
Pakistan
Pakistan scored 300 for the first time on 14 June 1975 against Sri Lanka. Pakistan (330/6) defeated Sri Lanka by a big margin of 192 runs in that match.
The record for the biggest score in an innings is 399/1, which he made against Zimbabwe on 20 July 2018. Pakistan has not yet scored 400 even once.
Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka first scored 300 on 23 February 1992 against Zimbabwe. Sri Lanka (313/7) crushed Zimbabwe by three wickets in that match.
The record for the most noteworthy score in an innings is 443/9, which he scored against the Netherlands on 4 July 2006. Sri Lanka has crossed the 400 stamps twice up until this point.
England
England first scored 300 against India on 7 June 1975. England (334/4) defeated India by a big margin of 202 runs in that match.
The record for the highest score in an innings is 481/6, which England scored during the match against Australia yesterday, which is also the world record for the biggest score of an ODI international. England has scored 400 three times so far.
New Zealand
New Zealand initially scored 300 on 7 June 1975 against East Africa. New Zealand (309/5) crushed East Africa by a major edge of 181 runs in that match.
The record for the most noteworthy score in an innings is 402/2, which he scored against Ireland on 1 July 2008. New Zealand has scored 400 once up until now.
The West Indies
The West Indies first scored 300 against Australia on 22 February 1978. West Indies (313/9) defeated Australia by 44 runs in that match.
The record for the highest score in an innings is 389, which he made against England on 27 February 2019.
Zimbabwe

Bangladesh
Bangladesh first scored 300 against Kenya on 17 March 2006. Bangladesh (301/7) defeated Kenya by 131 runs in that match.
The record for the highest score in an innings is 330/6, which he made against South Africa on 2 June 2019.
