Amid the tensions between the two countries, India and Pakistan on 26 February 4 Indian women were stopped from boarding the train, Samjhauta Express. This is a train which runs between Delhi and Attari in India and Lahore in Pakistan.

It was reported that 4 Indian women were stopped at the railway station in Pakistan to not board the train because of the lack of complete documents with them. However, it was also said by the railway office in Pakistan that the women can travel back to their country once, she have their complete documents.

This train was started in the year 1976 July and it is also commonly called Friendship Express.

When one of the women was connected to the media, she said while wiping her tears;

“I want to reach my country as my family would have been waiting for me at the station. “

We all are ware of the recent National tension between Pakistan and India after the Pulwama attack by Jaish on India and the Air Strike on Jaish camp by India. The latest information which was gathered is, the Samjhauta Express has been stopped at Lahore and will not be travelling to India under such tensions. The last journey of the train on 26 February carried 100 Pakistani passengers and 84 Indian passengers.

Truly the countries are in the state of National Tension. India had to answer back to Pakistan after the merciless killing of 40 CRPF Jawans in Pulwama, Kashimir. The attack was caused by one of the fidayeen from Jaish terrorist community. To this, India retaliated by throwing 1000 Kg bomb over one of the largest Jaish camp and killing over 300-350 terrorists.

Again, in response to this, Pakistan had sent F16 to attack India, but it was destroyed itself by IAF.

Bravo to the Indian Defence Forces.
