About Golden Globes Awards
In the Television and film industry of United States, the value and standard of Golden Globes Award is not less than Oscar. It is the topmost international Award show. Every person has an eager to know that how was the glamour in the Award show and which kind of dresses were worn by the celebrities on red carpet.
The 75th Annual Golden Globe Award was being held on 8 January 2018 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. The Awards show event was being hosted by Seth Meyers who is also a host of famous talk show.

Black Dresses were worn by all celebrities:
This is for the first time when all the celebrities have come in black clothes on the red carpet. This is not because they preferred to look like fashionable, rather they expressed their protest against sexual harassment cases happening in Hollywood. And they chose to show their disappointment by this serious gesture. As per the reports, it may be said that recently many allegations of sexual harassment were imposed on Kevin spacey and Harvey Weinstein of Hollywood.
Oprah Winfrey’s speech:
The Hollywood celebrity Oprah Winfrey was the limelight of the Award show. As she was respected with a lifetime achievement award. The special thing in Golden Globes Award 2018 was the speech delivered by Oprah Winfrey. She said, ‘ Thanks to media for carrying on the continuing arguments on sexual harassment in Hollywood’.
