The State Government of India due to coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) declared that the board results will be announced on the basis of internal exams which was given by the students but, it was decided that the leftover exams will be conducted as soon as there will be a downfall in the COVID-19 cases. As it is observed that the cases are increasing day by day, the results will be declared on the basis of previous exams. Central Board Of Secondary Education decided to promote each and every student on the basis of internals and canceled the exams which were likely to be held in the first week of July. After the decision taken by CBSE, the State government has given ICSE ( Indian Certificate Of Secondary Education) a week’s time to finalize the board results.
It was said by Justice AM Khanwilter that there is an arrangement of a special bench that was allowed in order to make 12th exams optional if the situation becomes contributive. He quoted:-
ICSE then planned to go with the CBSE decisions of making the exams optional for both 10th as well as 12th. The board results will be declared by 15th July as said by CBSE Solicitor General Tushar Mehta. I quote, ” our affidavit filed half an hour back states that taking into account suggestion from states, the exam for class 10 and 12 from July 1 stands canceled… CBSE has a scheme in which marks scored in the past 3 exams will be taken into account”.

PARENTS PROTESTS AGAINST NORMS IN INDIA
Parents fear the novel coronavirus as its cases are increasing day by day and from July onwards it may see a major spike due to monsoon because this month there is a lot of chance of fever and cough and it becomes dangerous for the students. So parents are not in favor of sending their students to appear in the board exams which was earlier going to be held in the month of July. It was protested by the parents that In the month of March when the cases were too less everything seems to close but now it’s the time when the cases are increasing they are asking the students to appear in the exams. This is creating a lot of stress on the minds of students. I quote:-
