The country is getting violent for Anti-citizenship Law, is this what we want

CAA and NRC Bill- West Bengal is still violent for Anti-citizenship Law. On Monday, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee declared that CAA and NRC can be enforced in the state only over “my dead body”

CM said that “some outside forces are acting as friends of minorities but are indulging in violence. These are stoops of BJP, don’t fall into their trap.”

The Supreme Court has refused to urgently hear a petition seeking an inquiry into the violence in three places, during the protests.

In an unhappy mode, CJI asked why a plea on the West Bengal incident was filed in the supreme court, why not in the High Court of Calcutta. CJI added that SC wouldn’t assume the jurisdiction for the events taking place in the different parts of a country as a court of the first instance.

CAA and NRC Bill- On the other side of the country, Delhi High Court agreed to hear a PIL that seeks to settle up a fact-finding committee to look forward to the violence being occurred in Jamia Milia Islamia Uni. Jamia Milia Islamia’s student’s protest is in the highlighted list nowadays in social media.

On Wednesday, curfew was released for 14 hours in Shillong, even as the ban on mobile internet services will be in force.

CAA and NRC Bill- This bill has triggered violence across the country. The Government says it is beneficial for us but, the question is why so many people are there for the against this bill. Still, this question is hitting the head many of us. This anger was started from Assam now it is being done in the capital of the country.

Actually, this bill target illegal immigrants in India. But Hindus, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, and Parsis who are coming from Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh won’t be affected. The conditions are they need to claim they have arrived in India after fleeing religious persecution.
