PUBG has become widely popular over a short span of time. Its mobile app can be found on the phones of almost all youngsters. However, this immense popularity has also given rise to a number of cheaters and hackers consistently trying to ruin the game experience for other players. Due to the massive size of the PUBG community, developers have faced a great challenge when it comes to tracking down these nuisance creators and dealing them a proper punishment. However, the game publishers have found a way around this problem and have recently announced that hackers and cheaters will certainly get an ID ban for 10 years. So now, PUBG hacks and cheats finally have something to be wary about.
PUBG Mobile has been trying to cut down on cheats and hacks through the game over the past months and it appears that it has finally succeeded. The game developing company announced on Sunday that PUBG cheats will lead to a 10-year ban on players that were red-flagged for violation of standards of proper conduct in the game.
Just like the other Battle-Royale games, PUBG was also built to provide every player with fun, entertainment and an equal chance of winning. However, there are a number of gamers who do not agree with this policy. These players engage in foul play and unfairly defeat other players with more accuracy and ease by installing and using third-party plugins and software. Finally, the game developers are ready to hand out an adequate penalty for these cheaters. Moreover, now the players can also report the other players for cheating so that the publishers can ban PUBG cheaters faster and more reliably.
While announcing the penalty for cheating, the company made a statement saying “We have always strived to deliver a gaming environment that is fair and enjoyable for each and every player and prevent cheating. We take this issue very seriously; as such, each account in violation has received a 10-year ban. We would like to remind all players about the importance of fair play, and thank you for keeping PUBG MOBILE fair and fun.”
This issue will be addressed by PUBG every month. The company is determined to ensure that that as many players engaging in cheating as possible get banned from the game for breaking one of the game’s most essential policies. As per the announcement made on the game’s website, the new approach used by PUBG to trach down the cheaters resulted in the banning of more than 3,500 players in the month of September. To make the matters crystal clear, the company has also published the IDs of all the banned players on its website. Publishing all the players took 34 web pages. So, anyone who was banned or was bullied by a banned ID can check out the list for themselves.
Besides this policy, PUBG has also announced various other new features designed to make the game even more enjoyable and entertaining for the users. These new features include the addition of a double-barrel, pump-action DBS shotgun, the introduction of PUBG cross-platform and the addition of the new progress tracker.
