1. Use Dry Cotton

If you have enjoyed your Holi with a set of dry colors, so instead of using water. Use dry cotton or a dry cloth and wipe out the colors. Because directly washing of dry colors with water leaves a mark of colors on getting mixed with the liquid. And then the removal of color becomes pretty hard.

2. Wipe Of With Coconut Oil

Since coconut oil is a good skin moisturizer, it helps in the easy removal of Holi color. Dab a small amount of oil on a cotton pad and try to wipe the colors out. Since color absorbs the moisture of your skin leaving it dry. This method not only helps in Holi color removal but also helps in restoring the moisture of your skin making it plump and healthy.

3. Rinse With Water

If you have played Holi all with wet colors so the first step is the removal of excess colored liquid with the help of plain water. Wash your body parts thoroughly with clean and plain water. This will eventually help in getting rid of excess color that gets seated on the parts of your body.

4. Apply Lemon Juice

Grab a lemon or two and squeeze it in a bowl and add 2-3 tablespoons of water to it. Apply this mix to all the parts that probably have the color stains. Since lemon comes intact with cleansing properties. It will help you get rid of the Holi stains.

5. Apply Raw Milk

Raw milk carries a natural cleansing property. So do store this beforehand. Dab cotton into the milk and gently rub it over areas that have color stains. Leave it for a minute or two and then wash it off. Repeat this twice or thrice a day and the color will eventually vanish.

This ingredient has been used since time immemorial to enhance the glow of your skin. Making it brighter and plump. Multani Mitti pack sucks of the dead skin and impurities present in your skin. Thereby applying a good quality Multani mitti will do the needful. Take two spoons of Multani mitti powder, add a spoon of rose water and squeeze half a lemon to it. Apply the mix and leave it untouched for about 15-20 min. Wash it off to remove Holi colors.

7. Gram flour/Besan pack

Gram flour is commonly known as besan in India. It is one of the finest and guaranteed remedies and certainly is an answer to your question. This is my personal favorite and has been doing this since my childhood days post Holi celebration. It clears your body so well that once you do it nobody can ever make out that did you play Holi or not.

Preparation: Take 2 tablespoons of Besan, add 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of Rosewater, a pinch of turmeric, two teaspoons of raw milk, and half a lemon squeezed well. Mix ingredients well to create a fine paste. Apply it all over your body leave it for 15-20 min. Rub your body well after waiting for 15-20 min and rinse it with Luke warm water. And you’re done.

8. Tomato Juice And Honey Treatment

Since both the above-mentioned ingredients have natural cleansing properties. Then using both together doubles the power and cleansing intensity.

Preparation: Blend a tomato or chop it finely with the help of a sieve ooze the juice out of it. Add a spoon of honey to it. Apply it to all the areas where you wish to remove the color from. Leave for 10-15 min then wash it off with Luke warm water.
