In order to curb the prevailing pandemic situation and breaking the chain of rapidly spreading mutant variant of Coronavirus. Maharashtra government has announced a complete lockdown in the state till 1st May 2021.

Services To Remain Shut

  • Activities: Cinema halls, Drama theatres and Auditoriums, Amusement parks, Video game parlors, Water parks, Clubs, Swimming pools, Gyms and, Sports complexes
  • Public Places: Beaches, Gardens, Shops, Malls, Shopping centers, and Temples
  • Essentials: Spa, Salons
  • Shooting, social, cultural, or political functions
  • Marriages and Funeral: Permission up to maximum of 25 and 20 people respectively

Exempted Services

  • Companies: Cooperative, PSU, and private banks, Companies providing essential services, Insurance/Mediclaim companies, Pharmaceutical company offices, RBI, all non-banking financial corporations with others can remain open with 50% capacity.
  • Restaurants and Bars: Restricted In-dinning, online home deliveries permitted between 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Groceries will available for purchase between 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • Manufacturing factories can run with 50% working staff.
