If the military were to be involved
Conditions would be the same as the military-led camps but under better guidance and strict order in law, Delhi Police might come in handy in decreasing the tension as we need guidance.
If the surveillance would be in the best hands of the military it would be a guided process. making people affirmative to the facts and procedures in a guided manner.

If the military were not involved
We know about and its rumors but they are the best we have if they are not here the things will be as same as now BJP yelling at AAP and INC trying to conspire.
The police will be as same as they are. Some round-ups and a few arrests as usual but if they also get hands-on experience with the military what could be bad.
People will be as same as they but some rules which if made clear to the public and then worked on through continuous promotion of laws and guidelines and let police also involved.
