The youngest sister of Madhubala, Madhur Brij Bhushan recently announced about a biopic movie on her beloved sister. The cast and the official statements are not made till yet. But she told that the movie is being produced by her dear friends.
“I am going in for a biopic movie on my sister, which will be produced by my very dear friends, very soon. It’s my humble request to all the well-wishers of Madhubala, and whosoever is connected with Bollywood or elsewhere to please not attempt a biopic or anything else based on my sister’s life story without my permission,” Bhushan said in a statement.
She also added: “The details of the biopic will be known to all concerned when the right time will come. So, please don’t create any kind of unpleasant situation.”
Bhushan is thinking about a biopic on her sister’s life ever since she saw a wax statue at Madame Tussauds museum in Delhi.
“A number of people from Bollywood had approached Bhushan a lot of times over the past few years. To acquire the rights for making of the film on illustrious Madhubala’s life. But she was always clear that full respect will be given to her sister’s life, and a film would be made in a beautiful manner and she also thinks that it is the best time to do so.
” For sure, Bhushan won’t be directing the film but the top names are going to be involved with the film. A number of people had approached Bhushan a lot of times over the past few years. To acquire the rights for making of the film on illustrious Madhubala’s life.
As known to be ‘The Venus of Indian Cinema’ Madhubala is known for a cinematic blockbuster like “Mughal-e-Azam”, with others.
