Before the start of the three-match ODI series, the former Indian Cricket Team Captain, M.S Dhoni was under a lot of pressure. As the last year, 2018 did not prove to be a positive and encouraging year for him because of was not able to perform well on the cricket field. however, in this new year, 2019, Dhoni has been able to weave magic with his cricket bat by performing very well in the ODI Series against Australia.
M.S Dhoni in these ODI series against Australia by scoring 193 runs in the three matches has become the second-highest scorer and again proved himself.
After India won its 6th victory in MCG, the skipper of Indian Cricket Team, Virat Kohli said he hasn’t seen anyone more committed than Dhoni. He also said;
“I think people should let him have his space, he has contributed so much to the nation, they should let him figure out things on his own about his game. As a team, we are happy for MS, that he is among the runs, people say a lot of things, as an individual we know that there is no one committed to Indian Cricket than M.S Dhoni,”
