The news of air strike by India is still trending on all social media platforms and news channels. It was between 3:40-3:53 AM on 26 February that 1000 Kg of bomb was dropped on the cam of Jaish. It is estimated that around 200-300 terrorists were killed.
This air strike by Indian Defence Forces was the retaliation to the Pulwama attack in Kashmir by Jaish. Under this merciless attack around 40 CRPF Jawans were killed. Pulwama attack happened on 14 February. It seems that India was waiting for the 13th day to take the revenge from Jaish.
According to the latest reports and news, it was found out that only 7 people in India were aware of the timings of an air strike on Balakot. The timings were only known to PM Narendra Modi, Ajit Doval, the National Security Adviser, three service chiefs and two heads of intelligence agencies. It was reported that the above-mentioned people were aware of the timings of the air strike in the evening itself. Another fact which was found out was that Ajit Doval in prior informed the US counterpart about the air strike and India’s absolute right to pre-emptively defend itself.
Pakistan minister Sheikh Rashid said;
“India is claiming an airstrike keeping in mind the general election. It has underestimated Pakistan’s strength.”
After this sudden and unexpected blast on Jaish camp by Indian Defence Forces, Pakistan retaliated again against India by intriguing the Indian air space in Jammu and Kashmir. Indian Air Force team was on patrol when they discovered the jets by Pakistan and destroyed their F16. However, the condition of the pilot of F16 is still unknown.
Meanwhile, there was also a fake news generated that Pakistan has destroyed one of the India’s IAF’s Mi-17 one of the chopper. It is now cleared that the chopper crashed because of some technical issues and hence, the news was decleared as Fake.
As a result of repeated retaliation from both the countries, the Srinagar, Jammu, Leh and several other cities airports have been shut down for security purposes.
Airport Authority of India said;
“The civilian traffic has been suspended temporarily in view of the emergency.”
The country in very close to the state of war with Pakistan.
If it means kill for kill, India is all backed up for the justice this time.
