Farm Law Revoke: PM Announces To Repeal All The Three Farm Laws

On the occasion of Gurupurab PM Narendra Modi finally revoked the Farm laws imposed in the year 2020 after the long protest of a year. In his today’s address to the nation, Modi announced that all the three farms laws will be canceled in the Winter Session of the Parliament by the end of the month of December. And has firmly requested all the farmers to resume back to the farms with utter satisfaction and enthusiasm.

Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) comprising of 40 farm unions who have continuously been protesting against the law have wholeheartedly welcomed the decision.

“Samyukt Kisan Morcha welcomes this decision and will wait for the announcement to take effect through due parliamentary procedures,” the SKM said in a statement.

Brief About Three Farm Laws

The three Farms Laws by the Modi Government in 2020. Were introduced solely with the target of uplifting the farmers especially the small scale. Below mentioned are the farm laws that have now been revoked by the NDA Government.

What All Did PM Modi Quote While Adressing The Nation

PM Modi said, “we couldn’t convince a section of farmers despite best efforts. The goal of the three farm laws was to empower farmers, especially small farmers.”

He continued by saying “A section of them has been opposing the farm laws, even as we kept trying hard to educate, inform them. In view of this, we are repealing the farm laws.”

Embracing his attachment and concern towards the farmers’ PM Modi says, “In my five decades of work, I have seen the difficulties faced by the farmers. When the nation made me the Prime Minister, I gave utmost importance to the ‘krishi vikas’ (farmers’ development).”

According to PM Modi, his government was primarily focused to uplift the farmers. But he feels that some void in the effort leads to the reduced efficacy in properly executing the law. Quoting his idea he says “We worked in providing farmers with seeds at reasonable rates and facilities like micro-irrigation, 22 crore soil health cards. Such factors have contributed to increased agriculture production. We strengthened Fasal Bima Yojana, brought more farmers under it.”

Bhai Dooj is an important festival that is celebrated in India with a lot of enthusiasm and spirit. The meaning of bhai dooj is celebrated on dwitiya tithi according to the hindi calendar. Bhai dooj celebration is to create a bonding between brother and sister. Bhai dooj is somewhat similar to raksha bandhan. Bhaidooj denotes the brother’s vow to protect his sister and on the other hand the sister gives blessings to her brother. Bhai dooj is known by different names in different regions such as in states like Maharashtra, Gujrat and Goa it is called bhai beej, in Bengal it is called bhai phonta and in nepal it is known as bhai tika.

Best Way to Celebrate Bhai Dooj in 2021

There are many ways to celebrate bhai dooj. India is a country of diversity. We celebrate the same festival on the same date but in different ways. Thus it is not appropriate to say one way the best.

However, we should first consider the traditional way to celebrate bhai dooj. After that, there are some changes which people do in rituals according to their comfortability.

The traditional way to celebrate bhai dooj is given below

Sister first make the seat for their brothers by the rice flour to begin the ceremony
Paste of dahi, rice and vermilion (a red paste) is applied on the forehead of the brother.

In west bengal, it is known as bhai phonta

Aryan Khan’s Bail: Aryan Khan son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan finally got his bail plea accepted after being in judicial custody for 3 weeks. The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Aryan Khan along with his co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the Drug-On-Cruise case.

After continuously chasing bail for three weeks dozen failed attempts finally lead to successful results. The post-hearing statement released by Justice Sambre says “All three pleas are allowed. I will pass detailed orders by tomorrow evening.”

Though Aryan Kahn’s bail has been granted the release will be made on Friday morning.

In a high-profile raid, Aryan Khan and 7 others were arrested in the case of purchasing, possessing, and consuming banned products. Raided on an onboard cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 3.
