I consider him as the funniest man after Rahul Gandhi in the Parliament. The way he explains his concerns in a poetic form that is actually a fun part. The poetry he uses is always his forte. Along with the poetry being funny the way he delivers them is fun as well.
Narendra Modi
He is one of the jolliest Prime ministers I have ever witnessed. Along with being sensible, he is humorous enough, he has such a solid presence of mind. - During his speech one of the lady MP laughed out loud, then the speaker of Parliament asked that lady to maintain the decorum of Parliament to which Modi said ” speaker mahoday has lene dijiye ramayan k baad pehli baar aisi hasi sunane mili h” hearing this entire Parliament burst into laughter.
