RBI Puts Limits on Yes Bank, Customer can Only Withdraw 50000

RBI takes action on Yes Bank: After PMB in Maharashtra, RBI goes to impose a limit on another bank. This time the Yes Bank is on the list. Unlike the PMB, the Yes Bank is a nationwide private sector bank and many of the big corporate companies using it for paying salaries to their employees.

Customers are frustrated and worried about their hard-earned money. Many of them have big savings and current accounts in the Bank.

All this money has been pledged for 50000 withdrawal in a month. A panic situation overall for all Yes Bank customers.

Yes Bank’s NPA reached to 14000 Crore

The decision by the RBI has been taken because in the present situation the Yes Bank is not able to return the funds to the customers.

People are waiting in long queues from midnight. Many of them received salaries recently which is stuck in the bank now. Many of the Bank ATMs are not working.
