Rs 2,021 Crore Spent on Narendra Modi’s Foreign Trips since 2014
According to the research conducted by the government, over 2,021 Crore was spent on the foreign trips made by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi since 2014. This huge amount of money was spent on the personal chattered flights, maintenance of the planes, setting up hotline services for the Prime Minister and lot more.
The minister of state said,
“The Foreign Direct Investments grew from USD 30,930.5 million in 2014, to USD 43478.27 million in 2017.”
Our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi had visited 55 countries. A total number of foreign trips made by him since 2014 May are 48. There were also some countries, to which are paid multiple visits.
The cost incurred by the Indian government for such foreign trips by Narendra Modi for Chattered flights is as follows:
1. The year 2014-15 is Rs 93.76 crore.
2. The year 2015-16 is Rs 117.89 crore.
3. The year 2016-17 is Rs 76.27 crore.
4. The year 2017-18 is Rs 99.32 crore.
All these tours made by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has directly resulted in building up the brand India image.
