The very talented Bollywood actress, Sonali Bendre had moved the film industry, her relatives towards great shock and sorrow with her diagnosis of cancer through her social media post. In her social media post, she informed her friends, industry, and fans “Sometimes when you least expect it, life throws you a curveball. I have recently been diagnosed with high-grade cancer that has metastasized, which we frankly did not see coming”.
Metastasis in simple terms is defined as the spreading of cancer cells in other parts of the body either by the Bloodstream or lymph system. As soon as Sonali was diagnosed with cancer, she had rushed to New York with her husband for her treatment with high spirits.
Sonali Bendre is a lady exhibiting true courage and high spirits. Rather than breaking down with what her life has served her with, she is boldly and beautifully fighting her battle and also keeping her friends, fans and family updated about her treatment in New York.
Sonali Bendre arrived at Mumbai Airport Last Night
In her latest post, the actress informed that she is coming back to her home in Mumbai where her heart is for a short and happy interval and she also added that the fight is not over yet. This is just a “Happy Interval”. Sonali was extremely happy coming back to Mumbai as she had missed the warmth and love of her home and relatives. Being away in New York, Sonali witnessed the struggle of many different people in their respective lives.
Sonali Bendre has constantly taken to social media, for updating her friends, fans, and industry with her posts. All throughout her posts on her social handles, she has also been an encouraging person, encouraging people to fight against the battles in their lives bravely.
In one of her post, she has posted a picture of her’s, post chemotherapy and also informed her readers, that she has had her share of good and bad days. There have also been some days even “laughing hurt”, she quoted. Sonali also informed us that her journey was not at all easy but she is been strong only because of the courage, love and immense patience of her loved ones.
