But when this turns into an unexpected long-duration journey and an uncomfortable journey then the ease which these flights guarantee comes to a question mark.

WOW Air

This flight runs from the United States to Iceland and Europe and turns to be the world’s worst flight. With its lowest on-time performance of 7.5, with its lowest service quality rating of 6.0, with a degrading score of 1.7 for claim processing, turning it to an average of 5.04/10.

Royal Jordanian Airlines

These airlines run from Jordan. It is not the worst flight but stands to be in the list of 20 safest flight. The reason of it being the worst flight is due to its poor claim processing score. This airline has an impressive 8.5 scores for its on-time performance, a score of 6.8 for the quality of service it provides and the Lowest ever score of 0.8 in claim processing, turning its average to be of 5.13. Making it stand second in the list of top ten worst airlines.

Pakistan International Airlines

It is an international carrier of Pakistan which is likely to be privatized early due to the huge losses it has been through. A flight of PIA crashed in 2016 leading to the death of 47 people, and thereby the security of this flight becomes a question mark. It has a total score of 5.43 bringing it third in the list.

Easy Jet

This is the airline by the United Kingdom, which stands in fourth in the list of top ten worst flight, and the credit goes to its awful claim processing which has a score of 1.3. Giving it an overall average score of 5.66.

Air Mauritius

Air Mauritius was founded as the national carrier of Mauritius in 1967. It has a score of 6.9 for on-time performance. A score of 7.8 for the quality of service it provides. Has a low score for claim processing i.e. 3.33 bringing the average down to 5.99. Making it stand fifth in the list.

Ryanair

This is a budget airline based in Ireland it serves more than 130 million customers every year. It has a high score for on-time performance i.e. 8.6. It scores 6.3 for the quality of service it provides has a very low claim processing score i.e. 3.3. Turning its average to 6.03. Making it stand sixth in the list.

Korean Air

It a carrier of South Korea, founded in 1969. It provides a fantastic service quality which has a score of 8.3. Score 6.4 for on-time performance and has the least score of 3.3 for claim processing serving an average score of 6.13. Making it stand seventh in the list

Iberia

It is a flag carrier for Spain founded in 1927. Though this airline has a decent score for on-time performance and service quality it has a fall of the score when it comes to claiming to process. Which brings down its average to 6.13. Making it stand eighth in the list.

Aerolineas Argentinas

It is a carrier for Argentina founded in 1950. It scores well at every point but falls short when it comes to scoring for claim processing which brings down its average to 6.2. Making it stand ninth in the list of top ten worst flight.

Jet Airways
