The very famous, reputed and talented Veteran actor, Dilip Kumar after feeling uneasiness because of chest infection was admitted in Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai last Wednesday. There was a statement on Dilip Kumar’s official Twitter account, stating “Requesting your Duas and Prayers”. The actor was diagnosed with mild pneumonia, as said by his better half Saira Banu.

The legendary film star of Indian cinema was born in Peshawar, British India on December 11, 1922. The 95 years old Dilip Kumar has been an active part of the Hindi cinema from the 1940s to 1980s. After his film, “Qila”, the famous actor reduced his public appearances as he started to suffer from the decline in health.
