Opposition To Aryan Khan’s Bail Plea
After the grant of bail, there has been a continuous release of statements coming from different groups. Some in support some in against of it. One such statement coming from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) counsel ASG Anil Singh says that Aryan Khan has been consuming drugs continuously for the past 2 years though he has not been the first-hand consumer but has been involved in the purchase and possession of it. Aryan Khan was found to have a conscious possession of contraband. And according to NDPS Act, one having possession of any Narcotic substance can be booked. And this eventually lead to a continuous rejection of Aryan Khan’s bail for so long.
Though Aryan Khan’s bail plea has been accepted. A continuous investigation is in the process which will continue unless the complete picture of the truth is unraveled.
